Lite-Med was invited to a multi-national meeting with foreign medical teams from April 10 to April 21, 2017 in Taiwan. The foreign medical team includes physicians and medical experts from Mongolia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. The foreign medical team visited Lite-Med and the hospitals using Lite-Med’s EWSLs (e.g. Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Keelung Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, etc.)

During this visit, Lite-Med demonstrated the company’s self-developed automated dual positioning system to successfully reduce the radiation dose exposed to the patients during treatment. With the function of stone tracking and position locking, the shock energy can be hit on the stone close to 100% precision, which avoids non-neccessary damages to human tissue. This demostrates Lite-Med is committed to provide effective and safe treatment for physicians and patients.
